The YouthLink Board of Directors is excited to announce Scott O’Harris as YouthLink’s new Executive Director.
Scott joins YouthLink at an important time as the organization continues building its foundation and expanding its work to support young people and their families in local communities. As a Youth Resource & Assessment Center, YouthLink is focused on early intervention, assessment, and connection to resources so young people can get the support they need before challenges escalate.
Scott brings a strong background in leading and growing community-focused organizations, along with a clear commitment to building strong teams and meaningful partnerships. His experience across nonprofit, recreation, and startup environments makes him especially well-positioned to help guide YouthLink into its next chapter and strengthen its impact across the community.
YouthLink is thrilled to have Scott leading the organization and look forward to all that is ahead. His leadership, energy, and commitment to community will help carry this work forward and strengthen YouthLink’s ability to serve young people and families across the region.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to lead and grow community-focused organizations across nonprofit, recreation, and startup environments. From my early work with the YMCA to leadership roles with Movement and most recently Ramble Outdoors, I’ve focused on building strong teams, scaling operations, and creating meaningful experiences that positively impact people and communities.

Becky Hoffman, Owner of Bring About LLC, is transitioning from her role as Start-Up Executive Director after successfully building a strong, lasting foundation for YouthLink. She will continue to partner with the Board of Directors in an advisory role over the coming months to support a smooth, thoughtful leadership transition and continued momentum.
